DEA Proposal to Transfer Electronic Prescriptions for Schedules II-V CS Between Retail Pharmacies

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has published notice to the Federal Register to amend federal regulations allowing retail pharmacies to transfer electronic schedule II-V controlled substance prescription one-time for the purpose of filling.
