These statutes and regulations are created by the State of Alaska, Divisions of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing.  They are not created or enacted by the Board of Pharmacy.  Even though they are not enacted by the Board of Pharmacy, all licensees of all professions are held to these laws.
